(I disagree of course, with his approval of "stabilizing" the birth rates and repalcement rates......this is a Malthusian solution, children and numbers of the mis not the issue and they are a gift. HIs other points though are worth considering, the upheavel and clashes if nothing different is done in taxes, buisiness, economies,etc)
